Ajua has announced that its customer engagement platform, MTN Engauge is now available to Huawei devices via the Huawei AppGallery. The MTN EnGauge platform was launched on the MTN network in March and had since grown to become the seventh most used business application on the Google play store.
Speaking on the partnership, the Nigeria Country Head of Ajua, Tayo Ashiru said, “The release of the MTN EnGauge platform by Huawei on their AppGallery is testament to the demand for the application by Nigerian SMEs across the country, the app is currently the 7th most downloaded business tool on the market and we are glad that Huawei customers can now benefit from the features of MTN EnGauge.
“We are also aware that 70 per cent of smartphones in the Nigerian market are from China so we expect to see a significant growth in the EnGauge community over the next few months.”
Huawei in a statement released via social media stated that, “A tap is now all it takes for your business to grow with the unique power of MTN EnGauge,” they also welcomed Ajua to their AppGallery and recommended the application to their SME based customers.
The MTN EnGauge app, was developed by Ajua to deliver a scaled version of all the tools used by enterprise to achieve success to SMEs via a single application, providing them with the ability to receive payments from their customers via a unique USSD code, collect feedback from customers, and advertise to new prospects via multiple social media platforms like whatsapp and instagram.
